Different sides of the industry. The same frustration with deliveries. Donnie knew there had to be a better way.
Before founding BTL in 2019, Donnie Bain began his career at Freightliner, where he was introduced to the heavy-duty truck world. The relationships he built led him to a refuse equipment manufacturer, giving him firsthand experience with specialized equipment and the expectations of the people who depend on it.
He later moved into the semi-trailer side of the industry, deepening his understanding of power-only transportation. Across each chapter, he heard the same complaint: deliveries. Whether it was parts, a complete truck, or a semi-trailer, getting it where it needed to be was too often the frustration.
Donnie vowed to do it better. BTL was built on that commitment, bringing equipment knowledge, personal accountability, and relationships to the center of every delivery.
