Use your BTL driver or dispatch account to open the form. If you’re already signed in, you can continue directly to your breakdown report.

Complete only when safe to do so.

If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Don’t delay getting to safety to complete a report or take photos.

Submitting a report does not authorize repairs, towing, charges, or a diagnosis. The BTL team will confirm availability and review the proposed next step and costs with the responsible contact.

If you don’t have portal access, can’t open the form, or need to follow up on an active shipment, contact your assigned BTL coordinator through your existing dispatch contact.
